How to apply UrgoStart Plus Pad dressings: • Cleanse the wound as per local protocal. Dry the surrounding skin carefully • Apply UrgoStart Plus Pad directly to the wound. • UrgoStart Plus Pad can be combined with a secondary dressing, suitable for the location and level of exudate, and secure it in place. • Apply the compression bandage system when prescribed (for mixed or venous leg ulcers) • UrgoStart Plus Pad may be left in place up to 7 days, however change the dressing as advised by your healthcare professional UrgoStart Plus dressings contain polyabsorbent fibres, making the dressings suitable whatever the wound healing phase, rendering dressing choice simpler for you*.
